Startup Leadership Experience

Most startups fail not because of a lack of effort, but because of leadership..  Start-ups by their nature require organizations to rapidly confront and manage a considerable amount of change on a daily and hourly basis, and many CEO's underestimate the challenge.

While Startups have a wide variety of people who serve in key leadership roles, amazingly, many CEO's have described their startup experience in remarkably similar terms as "constantly juggling many different balls."  These leaders feared that if they were to take their eye off any of the balls even just for an instant, all the balls would come crashing down.  This led to a sense of being chained as a prisoner to the business, and fueled a desire of the CEO to be involved in every business detail in order to keep the balls from dropping.  Unfortunately, often times the longer and harder they juggled the balls, the worse their business performed.

What many startup CEO's fail to realize is if they are spending a bulk of their time juggling the balls themselves, who is actually guiding the business as a leader and making the fundamental business decisions needed to acquire the positive momentum necessary to reach critical mass?

Capability 2:  Interim Executive Leadership

Your company can appoint our executives as an Interim officer such as CEO, COO or CFO for a defined period of time to achieve specific business objectives, including the training and mentoring of executives recruited to permanently fill those roles.  Assignments are on a monthly basis and typically last about 90 to 180 days or until key milestones are met or permanent executives are appointed.
